We pursue a firm belief in specializing entirely in taxation and in advising a select portfolio of clients. This enables us to offer maximum focus and a highly sensitive approach to our clients’ needs when conducting tax planning exercises. We put in a lot of effort in understanding the realities and trends of those sectors our clients hail from, to ensure that our technical advice is tailored to our clients’ demands within their specific business contexts.
Taxation is the main service line offering at DC-Tax and this makes the firm one of the few in Malta focusing entirely on Tax Practice. Our services generally start with the provision of tax advice, followed by the setting up of the appropriate tax structure or the restructuring of the existing one. We are also engaged to provide on-going tax advice. Bringing with us a decade of experience in the tax and legal department of one of the Big Four firms, we are committed to providing cutting-edge tax advice built on a very proficient knowledge of Maltese tax law, as well as a knowledge of tax laws in other jurisdictions. The Services section in this website provides an indicative list of the services offered within our Taxation Practice.
Our core activity comprises a private clientele of high-net-worth individuals, wealthy families and expatriates. We provide tax, estate and pension planning exercises that enable our clients to maximise their wealth, whilst ensuring that their estates devolve in accordance with their wishes.
Our network of international tax advisors enables us to offer added value to our clients, by identifying solutions based on shared knowledge and expertise in the tax aspects of the jurisdictions involved.
Alongside its Taxation Practice, DC-Tax has also established Corporate and General Commercial Practices. These two practices are committed to ensure an integrated service, aimed towards full implementation of the tax structure or solution as well as on-going assistance with its maintenance. An indicative list of the services offered by the Corporate and the General Commercial Practices of DC-Tax can be found in the Services section of our website.
